After earning his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Idaho, Justin went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah. He was then admitted to the Utah State Bar and began his legal career in criminal defense before going on to become a city prosecutor. In a defining moment of his career, Justin successfully prosecuted a case involving domestic abuse charges, winning the case at trial. In the ensuing years, he developed a fierce tenacity in litigating challenging cases—something he brings to every case in his current practice as a personal injury lawyer.
In addition to his legal practice, Justin is actively involved in his professional and local communities. In 2019, he was a speaker at the International Chiropractic Association in Broomfield, Colorado, presenting on the topic of Advanced Management of Traumatic Injuries. He has been recognized for his legal skills and achievements, having been named among Utah’s Legal Elite and selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers® list.
In his free time, Justin enjoys keeping busy with his two young boys, as well as seeing movies and spending time outdoors rock climbing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. He also enjoys making music and teaching Sunday school at his local church.
